I enjoy my visits to Hays Travel in Barnsley , all the staff are very good at dealing with customers ,And they do it with confidence,And greet everyone with a warm smile as soon as they walk into the shop.

Talking to corrine was very nice she was really helpful seemed to know just what we wanted from our holiday she had visited the destination to which were looking to book so could offer good advice on things to do felt very relaxed when speaking to her and she was extremely patient when we were trying to make payment 😊

Our agent Doula, in the Barnsley branch, was brilliant. She asked us what we wanted, and then went on to sort everything.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable, but also have excellent customer service skills. Corinne and Madison from the Barnsley branch both went about and beyond! We had heard that Hays Travel was a really good option and thought we would visit the store. When presented with a list of requirements Corinne surpassed them and although not working on the day we finalise the holiday, she chased things up while off and she passed us onto Madison who was just as helpful. We would highly recommend Hays Travel Barnsley and will use them for our next holiday!
