Didn't know where we wanted to go and Peter gave us some suggestions. We wanted to fly from Cardiff airport and he knew what destinations were available. We picked Rhodes, which fits the type of holiday we want, sightseeing and beach. Peter was very helpful.

We had used Hayes last year and had a wonderful holiday so went to the same agent who had helped us last year. He was very helpful and again got us a good price for Italy. I have praised Hayes to family and friends and suggested they try them.
