I found Jackie from the office in Bedminster bristol very patient and explained things well when booking our cruise., she expressed very good communication and listen skills
I also found Jackie Wilson from the head office very nice and polite when providing myself and family with information over the phone again very good communication and listening skills.

Sophie from East St Branch in Bedminster Bristol, couldn’t be more helpful.
I couldn’t book my holiday at the time but Sophie was willing to investigate some further options, this enabled a booking a few days later .

Rachel made the booking experience…
Rachel made the booking experience really easy with her knowledge of the hotels and spainish islands. We are travelling with our disabled daughter so Rachel made sure we were aware of potential pitfuls of longer transfers etc and ensured we have assisted boarding. Cant wait for the holiday now !

Went into your East Street branch, saw a nice lady, Jackie, she was pleasant and extremely helpful. I have a tracheotomy and she was understanding and found the holiday I wanted. She was great, what ever your paying her it isn’t enough. Please thank her on my behalf I’m very grateful
