Agent listened to my holiday requests before offering various options. Had good knowledge regarding destination chosen & viewed different hotels & departure airports - looking at flight times & cost. Happy with holiday chosen & agents input. Would definitely use Hays again & recommend to others.

The Hays rep was really nice and…
The Hays rep was really nice and friendly. She was honest with us and said she had only been in the job for a few months and it may took her just a bit longer to get the booking done. We felt this made no impact on how she carried out the booking in a professional timeously manner. She ensured we were clear on our booking and was extremely helpful.

Very happy with the whole experience.
The lady that helped me find the holiday was called Susan M, she was very friendly and helpful, she printed off options for me to make up my mind then called back to go ahead and book. Was very happy with the friendly service will definitely be going back when I need to book my next holiday.

Prompt and friendly service
I requested a quote for a cruise. I received a response within the same day but as it was Sunday the quote wasn't completed until the Monday morning. I received friendly and helpful service and have reserved a cruise that I am delighted with.

Lewis was very friendly and welcoming. Lewis acknowledged us when we arrived saying he would be with us shortly as he was on a call. I had also emailed the shop earlier with a query about the destination and Lewis was very helpful an answered all questions. Lewis looked up our request and answered question we had on the holiday, Lewis also gave options of hotels within the destination. Lewis also made sure we were happy and that if we had any other questions not to hesitate to get in touch. A very good experience. Would recommend Hays Travel agent.

Great experience being helped by Susan
Great experience being helped by Susan to find a Greek cruise holiday for June this year. She was able to find an Aegean cruise for us with flights from Aberdeen airport to Corfu which met our needs of less stressful travel to the cruise ship. Service highly recommended- thank you.
