The assistant Stacey was friendly and patient as I had a lot of questions to ask abd didn’t rush me .

The salesperson was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable and very patient.

The service was excellent and Frankqi listened to my holiday requirements then advised me of my options. She was polite and professional. She explained the process fully and I booked my holiday with confidence and no stress.

I went to Hays Travel Bexleyheath branch. I asked for & met with Franqui, she had booked my previous holiday to Benidorm. This time, I wanted to book a hotel/holiday in Madeira to Pestana Ocean Park All Inclusive Hotel. The whole booking experience with Franqui was excellent. She is professional, customer focussed, friendly & a credit to Hays Travel. I look forward to booking our next holiday with her.

I found Claire was extremely helpful & very welcoming. I'd been in previously to make enquiries as I knew which cruise & dates I wanted to book, but wasn't in a position to commit then. Claire explained my options clearly and also made suggestions so I was able to make the best choices and booked on the spot.
