Good service

So easy to book my holiday lady was so nice really helpful .

Helpful service, taking time to deliver my preference. Local office- easy access as I'm dependent upon public transport. Needed more information about final payment- will it be automatic or do I need to present my payment details again?

They were very good in the office although busy and we had to wait to be attended too. Diane who we spoke with has worked on our behalf before and we found her as efficient and helpful as ever.

Listened to our preferences and quickly identified an appropriate destination and hotel. Reassurance regarding room type.

Everything was handled professionally with no fuss.

We have booked both flights and Holidays with Hayes Travel Bicester several times, the most recent being last Saturday with Mia Mai.
All staff that we have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Great service, good prices and the booking, check in and printing of the Boarding passes etc mean a trouble free start to our holidays!

Having explained our requirements every effort was made to meet our needs and we had a quote emailed within a very short time. We asked for some changes and these were completed promptly, so within 24hrs we had booked the holiday.
