Very easy to find the holiday we wanted. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. We struggled to find one ourselves but within a few minutes we were viewing holidays we hadn’t even considered. All booked up in less than an hour.

The staff at Hays travel are always very helpful, patient and caring. I have used Hays Billingham branch for all my holiday bookings be it for summer

Honestly..nobody offers you more
From walking in the door and being greeted with a friendly smiling face we knew it was right going to Hays Travel. Atherlie was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips/advice as been a good few years since we have travelled abroad. She explained everything to us and found us a great bargain after we told her what we were looking for. Her colleague also helped with the app on the phone. They really couldn't do enough for you. We were so excited for our trip abroad and they genuinely seemed so excited for us. Such a lovely experience.
