Amelia was brilliant
Amelia was brilliant ! She understood what we wanted and provided us with exactly that ! She’s very professional, friendly and greeted us with a smile.
We managed to sort out our travel insurance with some help and grabbed our currency whilst there and was very happy with the lovely lady who served us.

Hays Birkenhead. Great experience
My wife and i ventured into Hays in Birkenhead. We already knew we wanted to travel to Rhodes in Greece but unsure which area, location but we wanted it to be a family run hotal in a quite area.
Upon entering Hays, we were welcomed in and dealt with immediately. We offered our thoughts and the lady who helped us was very helpful. We were offered a number of great options that fell into our budget. The whole process seemed like minutes and we left very happy that we had secured our holiday that met all our needs.
Thank you and we will use Hays in the future without doubt.

Pleasant friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop was clean tidy and spacious. Our advisor Charleigh was so helpful and had lots of useful tips and background information on our holiday choices. After usually booking holidays myself and spending ages going through internet pages it was enjoyable letting someone else do it for us and so quickly.
