Very knowledgeable person( Karen)who helped with my booking process, nice and friendly and treated me very well.
I cannot find fault with anything or anyone in this branch,I've been using the bishops stortford shop for a few years now.
It's a shame that the people who know what I want are going to another branch.

Went in to book a cruise to the Caribbean for next year.
Wanted to fly to the Caribbean and needed two cabins near each other, and wanted a ship that dealt in English pounds.
Penny was very helpful and informative . We were able to book a cruise chose our cabins and the airport we would like to fly from.
Penny gave us so much information about booking excursions. Travel money and if we required parking at the airport and hotel accommodation if required.
Will definitely use Hayes again.
