I phoned to enquire about a specific cruise. The member of staff who answered the phone was friendly, helpful,professional and courteous.
She found out what I needed to know and called me back immediately . I decided to book the cruise there and then as Hays had negotiated a small discount. This advisor will help with everything to do with this cruise nearer the time so I don't need to worry.
I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them

We entered shop with a few brief ideas as to where we wished to travel to.
Having discussed this situation with Penny who was able to offer various options, the choice was reduced to our chosen destination. From this, the different accommodation offerings were talked through until a final decision was made.
Penny was extremely patient and able to answer most of our questions immediately, and the more obscure within a few minutes.

Warm welcome extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will now only use Hays Travel for my future excursions. Thank you!

All staff in Hays Bishops Stortford are always helpful. Chloe was the person we saw yesterday and she did a great job comparing hotels in Paphos, Cyprus for February and we booked a 2 week holiday.
