Keane listened to our very sketchy plans for a trip, to include attending a wedding in Las Vegas and further sightseeing travel whilst on the West Coast, also including car hire. He was helpful, friendly and pro-emptive with planning ideas. The overall cost has been highly competitive and has made this booking a stress free experience

I had been looking for a family holiday to Lanzarote in July 2026, on the Jet2 website. As there were 7 in our party, we needed 2 rooms. The site said there were 2 family rooms left, we wanted 1. When I tried to book, the site said there weren't any left. I called into your Blaby office and Mollie was able to secure the holiday for me. To say I was delighted is an understatement.

Janine was really helpful and knowledgeable. As usual we weren't 100% sure whare we wanted to go but she listened to what kind of break we needed and found us the perfect solution!!

Did it by e- mail from Lanzarote to Hays Blaby to book the same hotel for next year and they were absolutely brilliant.
