We were greeted at hays travel by a very polite young lady . She listened to everything that we would like from the holiday and search for our ideal trip. We changed our minds a few times but that was no trouble at all for the lady. The holiday was booked and car parking too thankyou .

As I have recently had a hip replacement I was unable to go into the shop to discuss our cruise choices, so I called the local branch for assistance. Stephanie could not have been more helpful in all respects and called me back quickly and found me much better deals than those I had seen with an alternative company online. She additionally helped secure assistance for us at the airport and onboard ship plus a free coach to get us to Southampton, so we are delighted with the wonderful service provided. Thank you Stephanie!

Booking holidays is so easy now with all the different websites offering so much. However, if you are booking something unknown you need expert advice.

I always ring Jill. I know she will explain every detail and is very knowledgable with years of experience.
Holidays are a pleasure and you need value for money and do not want to be disappointed.
