We visited Hays in Blackwood. Finley made myself and my partners visit very welcoming, he smiled and greeted us with a hello, and once we told him what we were looking for he started looking. He looked for alternative flights He asked if there was anything else we needed after we booked our holiday. He put us both at ease, after reading some reviews for us too. Will definitely be using Hays in Blackwood again

Absolutely unbelievable
Absolutely unbelievable. Holiday got as good as cancelled Saturday night after huge delays at Gatwick airport. Got to hays Sunday morning at 11am and the girls done absolutely everything possible, above and beyond what they had to do to find us a solution that easyJet simply couldn’t be bothered to do for us. We walked out of there with a brand new holiday for the coming Friday at a cheaper price at the same destination.
