I wouldn’t book with these ever again, made my booking in the wrong email so I get no updates and they can’t change it. No correspondence and I go away in less than a month. No information for me to check my booking no help what so ever!!! Book with someone else!

So sorry to hear the frustration regarding your booking. As per conversation before we have a ticket system where we call our customers 28 days before travel. As this day fell on a Sunday and we was closed you would have been called today to discuss your booking/ tickets. Any questions in the future please give us a call and we can discuss any matters or frustrations.

Sarah is a legend - won’t use anyone else
Sarah is amazing and has been booking my holidays for years. We won’t use anyone else. She’s an absolute star, in 3 years she’s organized Africa, America & Asia for us! The last one was a multi destination with private transfers & she smashed it. That’s why she’s doing another one for 2026. I really can’t recommend her enough. I have also never met her, she’s done all this though email & phone calls, and I am not the easiest customer! Honestly she’s a legend.
