What a fabulous hour we spent in the bootle shop Saturday, went in to discuss a first cruise and we had Jonny as our advisor...lovely caring, very informative, friendly. very professional and gave us all the relative information even down to best cabin that suits our needs..we booked !! very happy we did ...we would definitely come back to the shop to re book a cruise or holiday again and would highly recommend Hayes Travel store in Bootle thank you 😊

Friendly & very helpful Staff
Visited Bootle Strand shopping centre Store, we were seen by Jomny, we knew we wanted to go to Crete, Jonny has great knowledge of Crete & helped us decide which hotel as we knew which area we wanted to stay in but wasn't sure how close / far from amenities, beach etc & places to visit, once again Thanks Jonny for your advice & friendly chat x from Adele & Bryan x
