We deal with the Boscombe branch and unless we specify when we book it onboard, it automatically goes to Head Office in Sunderland so our local branch knows nothing about our booking.

I’m always made to feel welcome in the Boscombe shop.
And I’m a great believer in supporting local businesses so within a week of us arriving back from Tenerife, I went back to book for 2 weeks next June.

I am very happy with the service provided by Hays Travel, Boscombe. The person, Rosie, I dealt with was very friendly, patient and helpful.
We are looking forward to our holiday in Rhodes. The only negative point at this stage is that we don't know where our rooms are going to be located in the hotel, whether they will be on the ground floor or on a higher floor. Could they be in a noisy part of the building like where the entertainments are going to take place ..

This holiday I'm going on in July means a lot to me as iv not seen my brother in over 9 years and since then the loss of my husband so iv not been able to go for a holiday as iv been to scared to go being on my own

Holiday for next year.
I have always used hays travel Boscombe to book my holidays. Iuliona was excellent at helping me find a holiday for me and my family for next year. A great experience
I went to Hayes Travel in New Milton to ask about a last minute holiday and if they could help me. The member of staff was very rude and unhelpful. She told me to go online and wouldn't help.
As I was in Boscombe I thought I would try Hayes travel again and see if I would get the same response.
This time the staff member Rosie was very pleasant and helpful.
I ended up sending more than I had planned but I didn't mind as Rosie organized a great trip to New York and a cruise home.
Rosie was very polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The other members of staff in that shop were also very friendly and courteous.
I am looking forward to my holiday as I have always wanted to go to New York.
A big thank you to your staff in the Boscombe store.
