Absolute crass incompetence
Absolute crass incompetence, just about everything that could have been booked incorrectly was! Don’t look for compensation- it’s not their thing 😡
Interesting that The Sun has recently reviewed Hays and agrees that the company is notorious for compensating for their errors. Don’t use them would be my advice

It's great dealing with the lovely people in Hays Boscombe. The two lovely ladies could not have been more helpful. I came in with a holiday in mind and left 30 minutes later with my booking confirmation.
