Ruby, the agent dealing with our enquiry, was extremely helpful in clarifying which hotels in our chosen resort could meet our need for an accessible room, for one of our group who has mobility issues. Ruby was friendly, patient, efficient and professional throughout, and has continued to be so in a follow up visit and during telephone conversations. I would definitely strongly recommend booking through Hays Travel at Bradway to my friends.

Relaxed, helpful, persistent to find a deal when there wasn’t much going in my favour. Couldn’t ask for more. Never felt rushed and certainly made to feel like only I was the priority, even as other’s waited.

Rather than just finding a hotel in our desired location, the team member also identified other possible alternatives hotels. When we had settled on the hotel we wanted she then tracked the same hotel at various other tour operaters for the best value deal, saving us several thousand pounds from the original price
