The girls were very helpful and informative.

Friendly helpful service
We went into the store to the store in Braintree. We were served by Jessie, who was very helpful. She helped us make our booking.
After booking, and leaving the store,I had some questions due to poor reviews that we had read, and she emailed us after contacting jet 2 with their response.

Finding Father Christmas in Lapland.
It is the first time in very many years we have booked through a travel agent. Jessie was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, never felt pressured to make snap decisions and could come back many times with questions and never a problem.
