Amelia my travel agent who I believe is the manageress of Hays travel Woodford Road Bramhall was absolutely brilliant and very informative and totally professional . I was extremely impressed .

Amelia (Assistant Manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Paige was really helpful and patient whilst I decided on our family holiday. Would recommend and will use again.

Visited Hays Bramhall to book holiday to Grand Canaria 2026. Staff were very helpfull and managed to find us the hotel and rooms that we wanted. Also found us acceptable flight times by browsing several tour companies.

Only recently started using Hays travel. I have always booked myself online. Now I have discovered the friendly hays travel team and it’s so stress free and enjoyable.

Sale person was helpful and good manners.

Your lady Paige on your travel desk was absolutely amazing. This holiday is my first alone in over 40 years since my husband passed away last November, he used to book all our holidays on line so this was a first for me in many ways. I didn’t know where I wanted to go I just knew I had certain criteria to follow and Paige was so helpful patient and understanding she is an asset to your company.

We are so saddened,this will probably be the last time we book with Hays Travel. We changed our destination from Lanzarote to Zante with TUI.Not only were we charged £750 as a live price difference (????) we were also charged the £100 admin fee.When i pointed out that we had been charged twice for out seat allocation i was told this was the difference in price from when we first booked.What a load of RUBBISH,£120 for seats.Mind you its better than the first option we were given,Cancel our holiday and re-book, "I know you will lose £400 but then you won't have too pay the admin fee etc etc.I checked with my local TUI branch and they said if we changed destinations we would only pay admin fee of £100.

Wow £50 off,which i refused.Still can't seem to grasp that i am paying £56 for seats that i wont be using.Bet TUI wont give someone free seats"here you are sir, some mug has already paid for them".I have never,ever been on a holiday website where i have got to the last page too find it is approx £850 dearer.
