He responds to queries in an extremely timely manner and has often gone above and beyond, helping us out well beyond office hours. We have always felt 100% secure and safe in his bookings, allowing us to truly enjoy our holidays with no hassle or stress. Brendan is professional, organised and extremely helpful.
