Greater survice and advice

We were having problems booking our holiday on line so decided to visit Hays in Brentwood. With the help of Carol we left Hays 45 mins later, having booked our holiday, paid & received all out travel documents. Carol was excellent and so helpful. The only reason I've not given 5 Stars is that it was rather noisy in the branch with other people talking. Would not hesitate to recommend Hays.

Won't Book My Holiday Anywhere Else

We booked our last-minute family holiday to Turkey with Robert at Brentwood Hays Travel, and the whole experience was fantastic.

Robert was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to visit. I simply gave him our dates and budget, and he found us a brilliant holiday that was excellent value for a family of five with three young children.

I also had my three-year-old daughter with me, who gets bored very quickly! Robert was so kind and thoughtful—he gave her a spare notepad to draw in and a pair of sunglasses which kept her happily occupied while we sorted everything out.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Brentwood Hays Travel, and especially Robert, to anyone looking to book their next holiday!

We've used Hays, Brentwood, for several holidays now, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else. There is a great buzz in the shop, which definitely adds to the excitement of booking a holiday.
