Our holiday was cancelled 16 hours…
Our holiday was cancelled 16 hours before flying. I phone Brian in a panic and he was great calmed me down and found us another holiday. He was very kind, patient and calming working through our list of wants and don’t wants ! He was a superstar and we thank him 🥂🎉
