Excellent customer service.
The customer service in the travel agency was excellent. The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. They followed up any queries as promised. I would be very happy to recommend Hays Travel to other people.

Very helpful staff. Made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with the cost of our cruise and the staff were able to quickly and efficiently answer any questions we had. Would definitely use Hays Travel again!
