Wonderful friendly and helpful staff
Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Took time to find out just what we wanted and what dates suited. No hassle booking and if any glitches then worked through those with us step by step. Made sure our needs were met regarding minor mobility issues. Did not rush us and made sure we were happy with all arrangements. We could not fault the service we received and would happily recommend Hays Travel.

Found all the people working there very helpful and friendly,just go in with a holiday in mind and they sort it out for me .Everything done efficiently and questions from me never to much trouble for them to explain . Lovely staff and shop

Last year i put a deposit down for a holiday for 2026
I received an email regarding the balance payment was due.
The staff were fantastic and polite I

Lovely place with lovely staff
The place was extremely busy, but all the staff managed to remain calm, collected and polite. They gave a very good service under stressful conditions.
