Popped in for a quick enquiry and ended up booking a holiday. Ellen is fantastic! She listened exactly to my needs and managed to get me a fantastic deal that I would not have been able to get alone as far as location and flights discounts go. I never once felt pressured into anything. Absolute breeze and will be back when it's time for my next break

Fabulous branch full of great staff
Booked a few holidays at Hays and each time all the staff within brighouse branch were amazing. Really knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and genuinley listen to your needs to provide the outcomes you desire. Special shout out to Ellen for being so good helping us book a visit to see a poorly family member. Under these circumstances she showed compassion and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything covered. This took a huge weight off and made the whole situation that bit easier.
