A very good and helpful service with friendly people who know what they are talking about with all our questions answered.

I have never booked a holiday in a travel agent before but Emma made it so much easier than doing it at home. She made it so easy, from booking the holiday, parking and overnight hotel before the flight. She thought of everything, so all we have to do is pack our bags and go.

Emma was so lovely, it was my first time booking a holiday she went through everything with me as I was abit nervous and worried about certain thing as taking children.

We went in the shop to see if they could match the price we saw on line and she did so we booked the cruise with her she gave us lots of options and we took the one that suited us

Your staff are excellent

Emma was as polite, smiley and helpful as always

They listen to what we wanted, looked and talked through several options. Very friendly and helpful.

Lindsey is so professional and knowledgeable, makes everything easy for us. We could not book the holiday we wanted but with her help found another in minutes and got everything we wanted. After all was completed she told us of a new destination flying from Bournemouth and we have decided to book that later this year. I have no doubt all the staff in the branch are equally professional, all our latest holidays have been with you and I see no point in changing a winning formula

Chloe was so helpful and patient with helping us , she looked at several hotel and resorts i had picked , nothing was too much of a problem .
