She took our very basic requirements of countries we wanted to visit and durations and developed them into a fabulous booking covering everything we asked for and more. A huge thank you to Colette at Hays Travel for helping us book our amazing trip to Zanzibar! From the moment we sat down with her, she made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable – even down to the lovely cup of coffee while we talked everything through.

Colette took the time to explain every detail and really listened to what we wanted, finding us the perfect holiday. She previously also spent time helping book a Norwegian cruise for my dad and me, and although we sadly had to cancel due to ill health, she was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout.

My dad can’t speak highly enough of her, and neither can I. We’ve been booking with Hays Travel for the last 14 years, and every rep we’ve dealt with has been great – but Colette has been absolutely amazing.
