Japan cruise
I popped into my local shop previous day to ask details for the cruise. I had the night too think about it. So dropped in the following day. Talked to the agent about all the details. Booked it there and then. Kelly was very helpful sorting things out.

Norwegian fjords cruise
Fantastic service from Adam throughout — great communication, helpful, and made everything so easy. The Hays Travel app was really simple to use, and the free parking was a lovely added bonus. Would definitely recommend!
