Brilliant staff, booked flights to Spain and couldn't have been happier with the staff ( Rachel) was amazing so helpful and even amended my mistake the following day with no hassle or charge ( Natalie) was so attentive and they have gained a customer for life.

Me and my partner went into Hays after looking at different holidays for weeks and being unable to make up our minds. We were seen by Rachel who gave us lots of brilliant advice and informed us on a cruise which we would have never considered without her help! We walked away with a cruise booked for July allowing us to see 4/5 different places on the same holiday. Rachel gave brilliant service and we’re looking forward to our travels ☺️ Thankyou!

From the first telephone conversation with Amii at the Burnley branch, it was a positive experience. Despite my lengthy requests she said she would try her best to match them with a suitable hotel in the country we wanted. She managed this challenge within 24 hrs and came up with only one choice, but it was perfect!
We have since had the pleasure of meeting her in person at the branch and have now secured our holiday for September. She was patient, professional and cheerful. She accessed information on line and is still on with confirming certain details with the hotel directly as the jet 2 info was quite misleading and confusing.
She was so helpful that I have now set her another challenge to find myself and daughter a holiday for June. With yet another list of preferences.

Can't thank the ladies in your Burnley shop. Enough for their help in getting the holiday we were looking for. Very patient with myself and my friend. Must have spent an hour looking for us to get the right holiday at the right price. Would recommend them to friends and family.

We wanted information about cruises. We were helped by Natalie who was very informative and helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience and a smile. If anyone is thinking of booking a cruise try Hays Travel, very helpful.

Rang up about a deal I'd seen online was in sure about a couple things but with the help of Leah 😁 she was amazing talked through it and away we go 4 weeks time 😁

My partner and I are getting married in March 2027 and we wanted to price up a honeymoon to Mexico. As soon as we arrived in the store, we were greeted by Amy and we asked about Mexico, another colleague Rachel told us about Mexico and different places to go. Amy passed us over to Rachel as she has more experience with good places to stay there as we believe it can be unsafe in certain areas. Rachel did everything she could for us, gave us a quite which we went away to think about. The following week, we decided to get it booked. From start to finish the experience Rachel and Amy both provided was fantastic and they are both very friendly and made us feel so much at ease. I would highly recommend booking with Hays.

Very happy with Hays travel, we had some very specific requests for our summer holiday and Leah made sure to help us in every way that she could, the whole team got on board to hep us find the best deal, everyone was very friendly, helpful and not pushy, we left very happy with our summer holiday booked. Leah did everything for us even did our special assistance and car parking for us.
