Very helpful, efficient and friendly
It is always a pleasant environment in the Bury branch. I get very stressed booking my one annual holiday and the lady was so patient with me, especially when the holiday I had chosen was no longer available! She made it so smooth and calm and processed it efficiently. As a lady of a certain age I like the fact they print off your documents so you have a paper copy and nearer the time will check me in. Cannot thank her enough. You also get a better rate for your currency if booked with them.

I had a really lovely experience booking my holiday with Hays Travel. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right holiday. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. They gave me excellent advice on choosing the best cabin location for my cruise and shared lots of helpful information about the ports we'll be visiting, which made me even more excited for the trip.
