Hays Travel - Cameron Toll Opiniones 

We booked a cruise through Hays Cameron Toll and were very happy with our experience. We haven't used a travel agent for years but felt it was very useful and helpful to do so. Joni was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Hays and we will definitely book a holiday again with them in the future.

Our initial holiday enquiry (a cruise) turned out not to be what we wanted. However Nadia managed to get us a holiday for next year which suited our requirements. As is the norm when dealing with any of Hays representatives they listen, search and consider your requirements. I travel with a wheelchair and have had nothing but easy and consistent help. Hays definitely know how to treat customers

The experience we had last year led us to try same again , same destination, same hotel. Staff made the process easy. It does help when the traveler has an idea of what they want.

Had to arrange holiday for 8 women (60-80yrs) so challenging with all different requests.

The staff member very polite and helped with my requirements as to what I was looking for ,and also got a luggage case added on for us .
Explained before booking that rynar do not do paper copy's now witch i was panicking about ,
The young female measured myself and husband that they can help with down loading the apps and helping with check in showing us what to do nearer the time ,so this eased our minds and we booked the holiday,as we are not use to doing holidays with out paper work or having somebody with us ,the staff fully understood us .

Joanne was very profesional throughout our visit, was very patient with us being a couple of fuddy duddies.
Overall an enjoyable experience, and not for the first time.

My travel agen Nadia was and always is extreamly helpful and curious, she treated me respectfully and always has a smile on her face ,she goes above and beyond .10/10
