Went in to collect my tickets for mexico ended up booking a cruise for 2028 fantastic service from jess

Hayes Travel are fantastic. The service is second to none. After 8 years of trying to get away for our honeymoon and 3 cancellations due to the Thomas Cook collapse and covid, we were devastated to get ‘the call’ again to say our dream honeymoon was cancelled due to ongoing issues in the Middle East.
Huge shout out to Jess at the Carlisle branch though, she’s been absolutely amazing and turned it around for us into a really positive experience. Jess has been nothing but professional but made sure we left the branch happy, reassured and she lightened the whole situation. Thanks Jess, you’re a star! 🩷

We booked a holiday to Benidorm in March with Hayley. She was fantastic then, so we wanted to speak to her again to book a holiday to Lake Garda in June. Again, Hayley was brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful, and put a nervous flyer at ease. She was so easy to talk to with any concerns i had. Thank you Hayley.

With myself nor my partner having ever booked a holiday before we thought it would be best to go into a shop & see what they advise or if they could do so for us. So we chose "Hays Travel - Carlisle" with recommendation from friends/family.

Upon going in staff were extremely friendly, willing to help without pushing a sale on us & having a bit of friendly banter along the way. 1st visit was just a chat with them & see if they could find anything to suit our desires. Upon getting some deals we went away to think about things & came back a few days later to book.

Not once were we pushed or pestered into anything. Everything was on our terms & thats exactly what I want with this kinda thing.
I will definitely use them again as they have taken the stress out of the process for us newcomers & were willing to talk through hotels/airports/flights/apps etc with us. No question seemed a silly question.

Claire, who took my booking was really professional, and also had suggestions on when and how to do things in relation to my holiday needs. She listens to your needs and finds the best ways and deals to get your holiday. Hays travel have always been very good, I find that you can always speak to them if things are not right, better than talking to bots on online holiday firms.
