Good experience
Went in to Carmarthen store on Friday 27/2 and spoke to Lucy who was extremely helpful and ran through a few optiona with us. I returned on Sat 28/2 and again spoke to Lucy and booked a holiday with her.
We have used Hays Carmarthen before and based on previous experience with them had no hesitation in booking again.
