Clodagh the agent who I was in contact with was brilliant. From my initial comment on a Facebook post (Castle Court Belfast) she contacted me straight away to answer my query. I asked for different, duration and flights. Nothing was to much trouble. When I decided to book Clodagh arranged a time to call me and book my holiday. Great straightforward process and all explained by Clodagh.
