So good to know we are being looked after and not ripped off, no on line work or apps to mess with a real person with real answers. Will not go anywhere else. Michelle in the Chard branch was very helpful and reassuring.

Sally knew her stuff, as we knew we wanted Crete, she told us what you had on offer, so booked it, not a lot ore to say, she did tell us that Malia is club land in height of summer but we are going end of April so should be fine.

Sally at Chard Hays was great, there was a group of us all wanting to book a cruise holiday for the first time and she was very patient and friendly

We have booked with hays several times…
We have booked with hays several times now and so far so good . Always polite and helpful. The only thing is as we do book regularly with them and not cheap holidays i did say about getting a discount but that was ignored when we booked our cruise with them in October.

We called in to see what was available and was initially looking at Croatia and maybe a cruise. After speaking with Michelle, who gave us the experiences she had herself with her own holiday choices, it helped us choose our next holiday. Highly recommended.
