City break with my grand daughter.
Very helpful, polite and informative. I booked my city break with them straight away and the service was exceptional. I am taking my 15 year old granddaughter away for some quality time together and an educational trip.

Nothing but issues…
Right from the beginning we had issues with our holiday. Our plane tickets had the wrong name on them and took over 2 weeks for them to sort their mistakes. This gave us a lot of stress and ruined the excitement of the holiday. When we got there the private transfers that they had organised didn't turn up and left us stranded at the airport. Costing me extra money to phone their company from abroad. Our transfers back to the airport hadn't been given enough time for us to get to the airport before the flight took off so we also had to rearrange that.

I found that booking our first cruise…
I found that booking our first cruise was straightforward and stress free due to the experience and competence of the travel agent. We are going as a senior group with different complexities, but each one was dealt with with no problems at all. The travel agent seemed happy to concentrate on our booking and we didn't feel at all that we were taking too much time in ensuring we had covered everything correctly.
