Michelle at Hays travel Chelmsford was patient with our questions no matter how trivial and on a busy day with computer challenges was able to still get our holiday details and destinations promptly. We didn’t have to spend hours sitting in the shop. We visited told them our requirements; Then a few days later we were contacted with exactly our requested holiday
