Friendly knowledgable staff
I went in not sure what I wanted and was given choices that suited me . Nothing was too much trouble so as a result I booked two holidays.
Very happy with the follow up given as well so would recommend the company to family and friends.

Appropriate Quality Service
I always decide exactly what I want to book with my holiday before I go into store. The staff in store bend over backwards to get it for me at the right time and price. On occasions that I cannot get information myself, every member of staff is happy to chip in with details. I do book far too many holidays than is reasonable so think before long I will have my own reserved seat 😉
