My holiday arrangements were made through the Chesterfield store, and I was extremely satisfied with the agent's service. Zara successfully identified and secured the precise accommodations I desired. Furthermore, her professional demeanor was exceptional.

This is the first time I have used Hays Travel and the first time for years where we have actually booked a holiday via a travel agent and would use them again as they matched evreything what was out there and compared all prices and it was very easy to actually speak and get some help and advice in booking the holiday .

The lady that delt with us was lovely. She was very clear with everything. And very pleasant

Our Contact, Sara, was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she offered lots of options and advice for a cruise we were considering, even selecting the best cabin for us. She also worked within our budget and helped us to reject options that were not good value to stay within budget. Having selected the cruise she was also very helpful booking car parking and hotel prior to flying and lots more.

The kind lady who dealt with me, Elfi-Mae, was very helpful and was able to find me a holiday that suited my very specific criteria.
