Karen was polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She gave excellent service and sorted everything out for us including parking, insurance and airport assistance. I'd thoroughly recommend both her and Hays travel.

Hays were really helpful in finding us our dream holiday to Disneyland Paris. They took all the stress out of booking and were responsive to all our emails and questions. The hays agent who helped us went above and beyond to make things fit our budget and even did the leg work of sitting on hold with Disney on the phone so we didn't have to! We will definitely use hays again for our future trips.
