We contacted Clare after seeing one of…
We contacted Clare after seeing one of her posts on Facebook for a city break that we had been interested in. Clare was polite, helpful and listened to what we wanted. She came back with quotes with some additions that made the decision to book with Hayes easy. Clare responded when she said she would and made us feel valued as customers. Clare also checked in with us to make sure everything was what we wanted and assured us we could contact her anytime if we had any questions. Her information and advise was clear at all times, making this a positive experience. And we are confident that this trip to Iceland is going to be the bucket list experience we are looking for.
