I know who will book my next holiday.…
I knew what I wanted to do on the Jet2 site but hit a few dead ends I then decided to use the Hays travel site I spoke to Clare Taylor explained when & where I wanted to go & explained I was disabled & would be taking my mobility scooter with me I also told her it would be my 80th birthday during the holiday & said I would like the apartment we had last year if possible within 30 minutes everything was booked I would certainly use this way of booking again.

Efficient, reliable and excellent service
We were recommended to Hayes from a friend never used them before. They managed to find the cruise we were aiming for with the right flights quickly. It was very efficient and reassuring.
