My fiancé and I haven’t booked a holiday in a while,so went to hays travel just to enquire saw Emma who was the manager she was amazing talked everything through with us advised us what was best place to go , having been there herself we left very impressed. We then went back a week later wanted to see Emma again and we booked our dream holiday to New York. She went above and beyond to send us links to what we needed to do we were so happy with the service definitely recommend hays travel made the experience non stressful and very exciting.

As usual, Hays staff were brilliant - very professional, friendly, and helpful. They assisted me with my yearly holiday, comparing flights and different dates for cheaper options. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they do it with a smile on their faces.

Young lady who dealt with was very competent did everything we asked of her answered all of our questions spoke direct with holiday company telling us all their answers. No problems.

We were greeted by the office manager Emma. Were first time cruisers and she answered all of our questions. After looking at a couple of cruise options we decided to book an Ambassador cruise to Iceland.
