From the initial phone call to visiting the Coleraine store, Miai took notes what I wanted, so when I called in we were ready to book. She was able to answer every question. Just to top my experience I was given a cup of tea while being dealt with. First Class!

Beth was very helpful and thought of everything. As we are travelling with my adult son with special needs he stays in our room and Beth spent time checking out the bed type in the hotels and the location etc to get us the best option.
