A positive experience, friendly and efficient staff
Not being experienced in foreign travel and wanting to book long haul flights for later this year, we decided to go to Hays in Colwyn Bay. We sat down with Maya, who explored our options for us and gave us lots of very useful information. We went home, applied for and obtained the travel permits for our destination, went back to Hays a couple of days later and sat down with Kemal who booked the flights for us. A very positive experience and friendly, efficient service from both the members of staff whom we dealt with.

Well bit upset that a child of 8 cart…
Well bit upset that a child of 8 cart go with us due to no child places left!!! A family we meet up with booked with hays same holiday same hotel they booked in bishop Auckland 2days before me they paid 610 each person and were paying 710 per person!!! And they was goingvto be ten of us but now theres 9 because not paying 710 for a child!!!

As previously discussed, our suppliers use fluid pricing, meaning prices can change over time. The cost can also be impacted depending on passenger numbers and room type. It’s also worth noting that there are only a limited number of free child places available on each departure date, and once these are allocated, we’re unable to offer additional ones.
