Amazing Service from Ashleigh at Hays Travel Connah’s Quay!
I recently booked a holiday through Hays Travel Connah’s Quay, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Ashleigh. Even though everything was done over the phone from a Facebook advertisement, she made the whole process feel personal, easy, and completely stress-free.
Ashleigh was so helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. She listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect holiday that matched my budget and preferences. She answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
It’s not often you get such brilliant customer service, especially without meeting face-to-face, but Ashleigh really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and would absolutely recommend her and Hays Travel Connah’s Quay to anyone looking to book their next getaway!

Very polite young lady greeted me and asked me to take a seat by her desk. She listened to my needs and booked the holiday I requested. This is the 3rd holiday I’ve booked within a year and service has been excellent.
