Booking was so easy Catherine was very professional checking spelling of names. As have had issues before with different branch. So yes experience was great and i felt confident everything was done correctly.

Staff member was amazing very knowledgeable efficient and professional put me at ease immediately and talked through options and ensured we had everything we needed will definitely recommend and go back again.

Booked a cruise recently with Hays Travel.
Adele was very efficient and answered all my questions without hesitation. Helped me make the right choice, with her expert knowledge. There were few seats left on plane so had to make a snap decision, but Adele gave me the advice I needed to get it booked! Have used Hays in the past and will continue to do so!

The young member if staff called SAM feom the newtownards road store was brilliant from start to finish, calmly and patiently talked me through every detail with a fine tooth comb and really took care of me, i was really happy

I was charged £ 173 and some pennies for a return from Belfast City to London Heathrow, later a friend checked and found out that I could have got the same flight for £ 113, Hays Travel are a ripoff and I won't be using them again

Hays newtownards road is were we booked our holiday for the summer..Adel ( the Hays rep) has been consistently helpful over the years in finding us the best deals and flight times for our trip to Portugal.we would recommend booking here for any kind of holiday 👍

Saw an offer on Facebook & contacted the local agent by PM for details. I couldn't get to the shop for a few days to book. The agent very kindly offered to book online for me to make sure I got it at the price offered. She was very helpful so all in all, a very easy, quick process.
