Roberta in Hays Travel Cookstown was absolutely fantastic in helping us to find a holiday that would suit our family needs. She was so thorough in checking for the best deals possible, looking at many alternatives for us to help make the holiday affordable. There was no judgement at all on what we could afford which I really appreciated. Her kind, courteous manner was one of the main reasons I wanted to go back and book all with her when we had made a final decision about our holiday.
