Short staff but excellent attention
The two girls working we're very helpful indeed. I have been the previous evening and also got very good attention
I knew they were short staffed but that doesn't make any difference as they did their very best.

Excellent staff
All the staff were very helpful and had a great knowledge of cruises. Emma spent a lot of time trying to get the cruise I was looking to go on booked and she was excellent in the way she dealt with my questions and queries . All the staff were excellent and it was a pleasure to dealing with them all.

Disneyland Paris booking
Anthony from Hays Cookstown was absolutely brilliant! He organised our Disneyland Paris trip for next year and made everything so easy from start to finish. He found us the best deal, explained all the options clearly, and added lovely personal touches along the way. Super helpful, responsive, and friendly, I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Rang Cookstown office 18/09/ spoke to TONY he gave me information regarding cruise. Called next day and finished up booking cruise from him. He was most helpful although I could got same cruise cheaper from another company. He gave me information that he would do for me rather than myself having to do with other company
